Dongtaibu Urban Design, Taiyuan

Dongtaibu Urban Design is a developer-driven project. The form of the project has been significantly affected as a result of the ever-increasing scope of the plan for the urban area and its individual parcels. For this reason, we sought to develop an urban plan that would put a system in place to establish a clear figural area so that the space has a positive impact on the patterns of living, as well as expressing the city’s future values and expectations. The goal for each parcel is to advance a unified and guiding orientation to increase the city’s potential for future development.
