Master Plan for Yangfang Towncenter

The scope of the master plan is located in the central area of Yangfang Town, one of the thirty-three planned satellite suburb towns of Beijing. The development aims to take shape as an eco-friendly and residential-oriented town with commercial facilities to support the nearby hi-tech industry campus. Consequently, the major aims of the master plan are to best incorporate Yangfang’s existing urban fabric and rich history, as well as to convey Yangfang’s traditional culture in the new development.
