Vanke Qingshan Lake

Central to the design is a fusion of the features of both “city” and “lake”. Stretching east-west along the northern shore of the Qingshan Lake, the parcel of land is remarkable for its scenic views of the lake. Moreover, an urban quality is achieved through an FAR of 1.4 and 40 m wide streets. Hence, the design is characterized by both its ability to capture lakeside views and by its urban character, which are equally integral to the project.
